Bodies of four terrorists including ISIS leader found in Diyala, JOC reports

The Joint Operations Command(JOC) announced today, Saturday, the discovery of the bodies of 4 terrorists who were killed yesterday in an airstrike in the Diyala Operations Sector.

JOC stated, according to a statement by the Security Media Cell, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "regarding the air strike carried out by the protectors of the Iraqi sky, the Falcons of the Air, using F-16s in the Hamrin Mountains within the Diyala Operations Sector, during which a terrorist hideout was targeted, and based on information from the Military Intelligence Directorate and under the supervision of the Targeting Cell in the Joint Operations Command, a force of heroes from the First Division in the Diyala Operations Command went out today, Saturday, in cooperation with a force from the reconnaissance resources of the Military Intelligence Directorate under the command of the commander of the same division, to inspect the strike site."

It pointed out that "(4) bodies of terrorists were found, including one of the leaders of ISIS gangs, whose identity will be identified after the examination process, Explosive belts, hand grenades, various weapons, logistical materials, criminal evidence and other materials were also found."
