The President of the Republic, Dr. Barham Salih, received today thursday the ambassadors of Britain, Germany and France to Iraq.
The media office of the President of the Republic stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency that during the meeting, efforts to address the current crises, calm and restraint were discussed, with an emphasis on the necessity of protecting the national sovereignty of the Republic of Iraq and preserving the security and stability of the country.
For their part, the ambassadors stressed their country's support for the sovereignty and safety of Iraq, stressing the importance of continuing joint work between all regional and international parties to consolidate understanding and peace in the region and the world.
