President Barham Salih asserts the necessity to stop the violations against the country's sovereignty and preventing Iraq from turning into an arena for settling conflicts between regional and international parties.
This came during the President with the British Ambassador Stephen Hickey.
Salih referred to the joint coordination and cooperation to maintain the regional and international peace and security.
For his part, the British ambassador affirmed his country's support for the sovereignty and stability of Iraq, noting the importance of self-restraint and adopting constructive dialogues instead of escalation in dealing with the extremely complex conditions that the region is currently going through.
