Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Bashir Khalil al-Haddad today that Iraq is the axis of stability in the region, and any constitutional amendment should preserve the rights of all components and promote stability.

His information office said in a statement that Al-Haddad participated in the activities and works of the Middle East Peace and Security Forum, which was held at the American University in Dohuk province, in the presence of the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Masroor Barzani, the Governor of Duhok Farhad Al-Atrushi, and the National Security Advisor Faleh Al-Fayad.

With the participation of professors, political figures, specialists and experts in political and security affairs in the Middle East, Europe and America, speeches and seminars were delivered during the forum.
