Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Bashir Khalil al-Haddad today that Iraq is the axis of stability in the region, and any constitutional amendment should preserve the rights of all components and promote stability.

With the participation of professors, political figures, specialists and experts in political and security affairs in the Middle East, Europe and America, speeches and seminars were delivered during the forum.
