And the operations of Baghdad, the Office of Human Rights and the National Security and a number of experts specialized in this file that the purpose of this session is to listen to all the views proved by the operational experiences of the relevant authorities over the past years, and to arrive at practical formulas different from what was done earlier And to identify the real reasons for the lack of return of displaced persons and find solutions to them.
