The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) officially announced today, Wednesday, the selection of the triple file "Morocco - Spain - Portugal" to host the 2030 World Cup finals, and Saudi Arabia's victory in hosting the 2034 World Cup finals, in the extraordinary meeting it held today.

Today's extraordinary meeting of the FIFA Congress witnessed the discussion of the files to host the 2030 and 2034 World Cups, where the triple file "Morocco, Spain, Portugal" won the hosting of the 2030 version after it was the only file on the nomination table.

This is the second time that an Arab country has hosted the World Cup, after the last version that was held in Qatar in 2022, while the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be the third Arab country to host the World Cup, after winning the 2034 version.
