The Higher Population Census Committee in Baghdad Governorate announced today, Tuesday, that no security personnel will be allowed to enter homes during the population census.
The correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said: "The Supreme Committee for the Population Census in Baghdad Governorate held a joint meeting in the governorate building," noting that "the committee took several decisions, most notably preventing any security personnel from entering homes during the population census operations and allowing only the census employee to enter homes."
He added that "the committee called on the mukhtars to cooperate with the imams of mosques and Husseiniyas to contribute to educating citizens in the success of this census."
