The Islamic Resistance (Hezbollah) announced today, Wednesday, that it had confronted a warplane and forced it to leave Lebanese airspace.
The party said in a brief statement - followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and support of their valiant and honorable resistance, and in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Islamic Resistance fighters in the air defense units confronted a warplane in the skies of the Zahrani region at 4:00 pm today, Wednesday 10-30-2024."
He added that the confrontation "forced the plane to leave Lebanese airspace."
