Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani directed, today, Monday, to open an urgent investigation into the audio leak attributed to the Director of the Tax Authority.
The Prime Minister's media office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): that "Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani directed the Integrity Commission to open an urgent investigation into the audio leak attributed to the Director General of the General Tax Authority and to submit the results quickly; confirming his commitment to combating corruption, which is one of the most important priorities of the government program."
