Prime Minister: Health service is not to be taken lightly

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani stressed today, Wednesday, that health service is not to be taken lightly, indicating that the health file is one of the most important files included in the government program.
 
The Prime Minister's media office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): that "Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani received today the head and members of the Parliamentary Health Committee."
Al-Sudani stressed during the meeting "the importance of integrating the relationship between the executive and legislative authorities in order to support development plans and programs and emphasize the work of parliamentary committees, with what they provide of legislative cover for the health projects that the government is working on throughout Iraq."
He stressed, "Health service is not to be taken lightly," noting that "the health file represents one of the most important files included in the government program within the five basic priorities, which was embodied in the major projects that were opened and completed in the health sector, especially with regard to the operation and joint management of hospitals with specialized international companies."
