UN Security Council to hold meeting on Friday to discuss explosions in Lebanon

Reuters reported on Wednesday that the UN Security Council will hold a meeting on Friday to discuss explosions in Lebanon.
 
Lebanon called on the Security Council to hold an urgent session to discuss the explosion of communication devices.
Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati said: "He called for calling on the UN Security Council to convene urgently to discuss the explosion of communication devices in Lebanon."
He added that "the Zionist enemy is flouting all international laws," indicating that "the government will do everything in its power to prevent war and secure peace."
