The Criminal Court of Karkh issued on Wednesday, a death sentence against the wife of the terrorist criminal Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi for collaborating with the terrorist ISIS gangs.
The Judiciary Council-SJC stated in a release received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the terrorist woman had detained Yazidi women in her house and then they were kidnapped by ISIS gangs in the district of Sinjar, west of Nineveh province."
"The sentence against her was issued per the provisions of Article 4/1 and the provisions of Article 2/1 and 3 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005 and the provisions of Article 7/1 of the Yazidi Women Survivors Law No. 8 of 2021," it added.
