The Parliament ,on Monday, adjourned its session until tomorrow, Tuesday, after finishing the first reading, report and discussion of three draft laws.
" The Parliament has adjourned its session until tomorrow, Tuesday", according to a statement by the Parliament media office, received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
The statement added that" during the session, Habib Hashim Abdul Ali, did the Oath of office as a deputy in the House of Representatives, replacing the resigned MP, Adnan Fayhan ",pointing out that" Acting Speaker of the Parliament, Mohsen Al -Mandalawi, directed the media department to publish the names of absent MPs from today's session, and the finance department to deduct (one million dinars) for their non-attendance this session".
The statement continued that "the House of Representatives has completed the first reading of the draft First Amendment to the Traffic Law No. 8 of 2019, and the first reading of the proposal of the First Amendment to the human organ transplants and Trafficking Prevention Law No. 11 of 2016".
"The House of Representatives has completed the report and discussion of the draft law ratifying the agreement on mutual exemption from entry visa requirements for diplomatic passports holders between the Government of Iraq and the Government of South Korea" the statement pointed out.
