The House of Representatives completed today, Monday, the first reading of 5 bills.
The Media Department of the House of Representatives said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "During its session held today, Parliament completed the first reading of the draft law on the first amendment to the Law of the Ministry of Electricity No. (53) of 2017."
The Media added, "The council also completed the first reading of the draft law of the first amendment to the Law of the Martyrs Foundation No. (2) of 2016, and also completed the first reading of the draft law of the third amendment to the Industrial Investment Law for the private and mixed sectors No. (20) of 1998."
As well as "The council completed the first reading of the draft law on the first amendment to the law on the care of people with disabilities and special needs No. (38) of 2013, and the first reading of the draft law on partnership between the public and private sectors."
"The House of Representatives postponed the first reading of the draft law on the first amendment to the Law of the Iraqi National Oil Company No. (4) of 2018." The Media Department stated.
