The President of the Supreme Judicial Council meets the head of the Iranian judiciary

The head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, met today, Tuesday, with the head of the Iranian judiciary, Gholam Hossein Ejei.

A statement issued by the media of the Supreme Judicial Council, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said: "The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, met today, Tuesday, 5/9/2023, and his accompanying delegation, the Head of the Judicial Authority in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ghulam Hussein Ejei."
According to the statement, the two sides discussed judicial cooperation between the two countries, and the meeting also witnessed the signing of a judicial memorandum of understanding between the two countries.
