Death toll in Kerala tourist boat tragedy rises to 22

    The death toll in the boat mishap at Tanur in Malappuram district of Kerala on Sunday evening has reached 22. 
     
    The deceased include seven children and women as well as many members of the same families. 
     
    The condition of the four rescued was also stated to be serious. Search at the mishap spot and inside the ill-fated boat was still continuing as the exact number of tourists in the boat was not known.
