JOC reveal the most important security achievements in Ramadan

    The Joint Operations Command revealed its most important security achievements in the blessed month of Ramadan, while announcing the killing of a large number of terrorist organizations during the current year. 

    The spokesman for the Operations Command, Major General Tahsin Al-Khafaji, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The Joint Operations Command carried out many security operations in the month of Ramadan against terrorist organizations to prevent the enemy from repositioning and carrying out any action, during which numbers of terrorists were killed.".

    He added, "The plans implemented by the Operations Command during the current year and the month of Ramadan succeeded in achieving a great security stabilization that the country did not witness during the previous years in the holy month," pointing out, "The Operations Command managed to kill large numbers of terrorist organizations with the increase in precision air strikes." As a result of the intelligence effort of the security forces, which led to the collapse of the enemy's command and control system. 

    Earlier, the Joint Operations Command revealed the most prominent features of its plan for Eid Al-Fitr.

    The spokesman for the Operations Command, Major General Tahsin Al-Khafaji, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The Joint Operations Command has prepared an integrated plan for the last ten days of the month of Ramadan, up to the days of Eid Al-Fitr," pointing out, "The plan included increasing the intelligence and technical effort." And the implementation of qualitative operations and the pursuit of terrorist gangs in areas where the leadership believes that terrorism is still present.
    He added, "The plan includes, during the Eid period, increasing aerial reconnaissance and intensifying the intelligence effort in the holy areas and markets that witness a population momentum," indicating, "The plan was designed to miss the opportunity for terrorism and secure the airspace."
