PM congratulates our team for qualifying for the World Youth Championship

The Prime Minister, Mohamed Shiaa Al-Sudani, blessed our national team for qualifying for the World Youth Championship .

Al-Sudani said, in a tweet to him on the "Twitter" platform, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "We congratulate and bless the qualification of our national football team to the World Youth Championship, which will be held in Indonesia."

He added, "All support is for our youth, as they represent Iraq in international forums ."

Our youth team achieved the aspirations of the Iraqi sports street by qualifying for the World Cup finals by defeating its Iranian counterpart with a goal to none .

The correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) reported that "the goal of our youth team came through the player Ali Jassim in the 90th minute of the match ."

With this victory, our youth team qualified for the semi-finals of the AFC U-20 Youth Championship, whose matches are being held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
