The Iraqi embassy in Ankara announced Thursday the evacuation of 59 Iraqis from the shelter center to Mosul.
"It evacuated 59 Iraqi citizens from the accommodation center in Ankara to the city of Mosul," the embassy said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
The Iraqi embassy in Ankara announced the opening of a second shelter center in Ankara due to the increase in the number of displaced citizens from the earthquake areas, while it confirmed earlier the evacuation of 17 Iraqi citizens from the earthquake areas in Turkey.
