The Iraqi embassy in Ankara announced the evacuation of (51) Iraqi citizens in Turkey.
A statement from the Iraqi embassy, which was received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Ankara conducted a land flight from the city of Adana to the shelter center in Ankara, today, Saturday, with (51) Iraqi citizens who were displaced from the affected areas on board.".
The delegation sent by the embassy to the city of Adana, where the earthquake-affected Iraqis gather in their areas of residence, revealed that the embassy will issue passports for them, and will arrange for them a flight to take them to Iraq.
