INSS foil an attempt by ISIS to form a detachment south of Baghdad

    Iraqi National Security Service (INSS) announced on Wednesday, that it foiled an attempt by the terrorist ISIS and arrested members.

    A brief statement by INSS, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "an attempt by the terrorist ISIS to form a detachment south of Baghdad was foiled and its members were arrested."
