The Iraqi national team received congratulations on Our national team receives congratulations on its coronation in the Gulf Cup 25
 occasion of winning the 25th Gulf Championship for the fourth time, after defeating its Omani counterpart by three goals to two.

Hussein Al-Sadr blessed our national team winning the 25th Gulf title.

The leader of the Sadrist movement, Sayyid Muqtada al-Sadr, also congratulated "the people and the Iraqi team for their great victory in the final match of the (Arabian Gulf) Cup in its twenty-fifth edition, which was held in (our beloved Iraq)."

Al-Sadr offered "thanks to all the Arab teams that participated with us in this tournament, which brought Iraq back to the Arab ranks in a new dress filled with love and peace."

He concluded his tweet by saying, "Welcome, O Arab Gulf states, to the Iraq of Arabism and patriarchy."

The head of the Al-Hikma Movement, Mr. Ammar Al-Hakim, blessed our national team for winning the 25th Gulf Championship title.

The Secretary-General of the League of the Righteous, Sheikh Qais Khazali, blessed Iraq's victory in the 25th Gulf Championship, and thanked the people of Basra.

The head of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Hadi Al-Amiri, blessed Iraq's victory in the 25th Gulf Championship.

While the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, confirmed that our national team recorded today an epic that will remain stuck in the minds.

The head of the Victory Coalition, Haider Al-Abadi, congratulated our national team for winning the 25th Gulf title

The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, wrote in a tweet to him, "My warmest congratulations and blessings to our dear people on the occasion of the victory of our Iraqi team and its winning of the Gulf Cup 25 title."

He added, "I congratulate the members of our national team for this victory and all those in charge of this successful sports event, wishing them continued success and advancement."

He also congratulated the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, on Iraq's victory in the 25th Gulf Championship.
