Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi blessed the victory and said in a tweet to him, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "Congratulations to our great Iraq, from Zakho to the trunk of the palm tree Congratulations to the Lions of Mesopotamia for the 25th Gulf Championship Cup, and I thank our national team and everyone who contributed to its success from the masses, institutions and ministries, And special thanks to the people of Basra who presented an honorable image of Iraq, and to the brothers and their splendid presence and constructive cooperation. The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faeq Zaidan, congratulated the Iraqis on winning the Gulf title.

The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalay, also blessed the achievement of the title, and said in a statement, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "We congratulate the Lions of Mesopotamia for winning the 25th Gulf Championship Cup, and we thank them for bringing joy to the homes of all Iraqis. We also thank the sports fans for their enthusiastic encouragement and commitment to public order." .

He added, "The championship has ended, and the time has come for serious work by the government to put a final end to the rise in the dollar exchange rate, and the House of Representatives will work through the Finance Committee to follow up on all procedures related to returning the exchange rate to its normal state."
