President of the Gulf Association: Kuwait to host 26th Gulf Cup

The president of the Arabian Gulf Football Association,, Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, confirmed on Sunday, that the next Gulf Championship 26 will be in Kuwait.

Al-Thani said in a press conference, which was attended by the reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the next 26 Gulf Championship in December of 2024 will be in Kuwait," stressing "work to create conditions for the participation of all teams in their first lines."


Al-Thani added, "The 25th Gulf Championship is successful and revived the spirit of the Gulf Cup tournaments," noting that "the Iraqi public contributed to the success of the tournament before it started."


He pointed out that "Qatar will host the Asian Championship in January 2024."
