Kirkuk Airport announces the landing of the first flight to Basra

The Kirkuk International Airport administration announced the launch of the first flight to Basra Governorate, to attend the 25th Gulf Championship matches .

Herdi Samad, the airport media director, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The airport witnessed the first flights to Basra to attend the 25th Gulf Championship matches.".

Samad added, "Flights between Kirkuk and Basra will continue during the days of the tournament, with two flights per day."
