Casualties search in the Qattara accident site reached last meters, says Defense teams

Casualties search in the site of the Qattara accident has reached the last few meters, as the search for the body of the last girl is ongoing, said the Civil Defense Directorate in Karbala on Monday.
 
“The civil defense teams managed to retrieve 7 bodies so far," said the Director of Civil Defense in the governorate, Brigadier General Taher Hamid in a statement to Al-Iraqiya News TV as it was followed up by the Iraqi News Agency – INA.
 
The teams work is ongoing to search for the body of the last 14-years-old girl inside the Qattara.
 
"During the search operations, only a few meters remained until we reached the end of the site, some rocks that were based on other rocks collapsed as a result of the vibrations. We had to pull the work from 4 to 5 meters and start crushing the rocks,” he explained.
