Al-Halbousi meets head of Iranian Consultative Assembly

Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi met Wednesday with the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly.

Media office of the Speaker of parliament stated in a brief statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Al-Halbousi and his accompanying delegation met the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf."

The Speaker of the House of parliament, arrived with a parliamentary delegation this morning, Wednesday, to Tehran, at the official invitation of the Speaker of the Iranian Islamic Consultative Assembly, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.

The visit schedule also includes a meeting with the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, and a number of officials.
