Iraqi News Agency - INA escorted a foreign tourist from England to sightseeing in Iraq.

32-year-old Oliver Tok visited a number of tourist places in the city of Samarra, Salah al-Din, which is his first inspection station.

"I visited a number of sightseeing in Saladin Governorate, which is my first stop, and the purpose of my visit to Iraq is tourism and to see the archaeological sites in the country," said Tok to INA.

He expressed his feelings, saying that "his first stop in Saladin Governorate was amazing because of its monuments, especially the tall tower, that is, Mallawiya Samarra,”

"I travel long distances to take pictures for myself, and I do not work with anyone, as this matter for me is a hobby, and my visit to Iraq will take three weeks, most of which will be in the capital, Baghdad,” he noted, adding "the Iraqi people are very nice and everyone welcomes and invites me to their homes, as well as they give me a lot of food and ask me to stay more with them,"

He pointed out, "my friends are surprised when I tell them that I am in Iraq, thinking that it is very dangerous, and this is what they hear about in the news, for the reality is way different,"

"Iraq is a country full of hope, humanity, and life. Those who come with one visit will not be able to get Iraq out of their minds," he included.
