Holy Shrine announces number of pilgrims to Imam Al-Kadhim

Al-Kadhimiya Holy Shrine announced Sunday the success of the pilgrimage of Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him), while noting that the number of pilgrims exceeded 10 million.

The shrine said in a press conference held today and attended by the reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the shrine worked to provide the atmosphere to ensure the smooth flow of the pilgrimage on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him)," indicating, "We announce the success of the rituals."

It added, "The number of Imam Al-Kadhim's pilgrims has exceeded 10 million," giving thanks to "all government agencies and others that contributed to its success ."
