The crowds of pilgrims continue to revive the pilgrimages of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him) in the city of Samarra, amid security and service measures.
the General Secretariat of the Holy Military Shrine announced Friday the launch of its service, security and health plan for receiving pilgrims on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him).
The Director of the Media office of the Shrine, Muhammad Hussein, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine has started implementing its service, security and health plan for receiving visitors and providing services to them on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Al-Hadi (peace be upon him), which falls on the third of Rajab."
He added that "the plan involves all departments, the Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him) Brigade (36), and the supporting authorities from the Shiite Endowment Bureau, the holy shrines, the security, health and service ministries in Baghdad, the provinces, and voluntary bodies for the success of the visit.”
In turn, "The Processions Authority at the Holy Military Shrine confirmed the participation of more than 250 service processions to receive service and mourning processions coming from various Iraqi provinces to commemorate the visit."
The official of the Processions Unit, Hajj Ali Hussein, explained to the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the Procession Authority at the Holy Shrine has prepared a work plan that includes receiving more than 250 service processions along the roads leading to the Holy Shrine according to the management and coordination of the authority, in addition to receiving mourning processions," noting "The service processions, in coordination with the departments of the Holy Shrine, were equipped with their needs in terms of erecting tents and supplying them with electricity and water, while providing all the needs that ensure their work continuously throughout the visit period."
In this concern, the Director of the Media of the Holy Shrine, Muhammad Al-Manawi, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The Shiite Endowment Diwan, the holy shrines, shrines, government departments and security authorities participated in the commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali bin Muhammad Al-Hadi (peace be upon him)", noting that "all these authorities began providing services to the honorable visitors and participating in providing the requirements for the visit and full support for the Holy Shrine, according to the prepared plan that continues after the visit, after prior coordination to commemorate the painful occasion.
He stressed, "there is continuous coordination with the Samarra Operations Command, the security leaders in the province and the district, the 36th Brigade of Imam Hadi (peace be upon him), the Al-Abbas Combat Division, the stationed forces, and al Salam Brigades Command to secure the roads and entrances to the city and provide a safe atmosphere for the visit."
