MOFA decides to allow the granting visas to the Ukrainian wives of Iraqis

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs decided today, Friday, to allow the granting of entry visas to the Ukrainian wives of Iraqis.

The spokesman for the ministry, Ahmed Al-Sahaf, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Ministry of Foreign Affairs authorized the Iraqi charge d'affaires to grant entry visas to Ukrainians, Iraqi wives and children.".

 He added, "Our coordination is at a high level with the Dean of the Iraqi community in Ukraine, Adnan Al-Kadhimi," noting that the ministry has received requests from Iraqis who want to leave Ukraine, and the number so far has reached 76 students.

"We instructed the embassies of the Republic of Iraq in Russia, Poland, Hungary, and Romania to open Hotlines to receive calls from those who can leave Ukraine to provide them with service.
