Iraqi Airways confirmed today, Friday that direct passenger flights are still continues, while noting that one of the out-of-service planes was damaged as a result of targeting Baghdad Airport.
Ministry of Transport said in a statement , received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the General Company for Iraqi Airways confirms that the missile bombing that targeted Baghdad International Airport at dawn today, Friday, damaged one of the company's out-of-service planes perched in the vicinity of the airport," noting that Direct passenger flights continue are still continue.
