Large demonstrations began today, Saturday in the capital, Baghdad, to mark the martyrdom of the victory leaders, while the participants condemned the crime that targeted them near Baghdad airport in January 2020.
The reporter for the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said that "crowds of protesters flocked in al-Jadriya area, with the participation of the head of the Popular Mobilization Forces, Faleh al-Fayyad, as well as leaders and fighters in the PMF and number of officials."
He also pointed out that "The protesters held the US administration responsible for the assassination of the deputy head of the PMF, the martyr Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and the martyr, General Qassem Soleimani."
