The Ministry of Electricity announced today, Thursday, that the pumping of Iranian gas to Iraq will resume once the maintenance work is completed.
The ministry's spokesman, Ahmed Musa, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The official telegram we received from the Iranian side regarding the imported gas included carrying out maintenance work, which led to a reduction in the pumping of gas."
He added, "Once the maintenance work is completed, gas will be pumped again, according to the telegram."
