Al-Yasiri announces starting security plan of the Holy Prophet Death commemoration

Najaf Governor Louay al-Yasiri announced Tuesday, implementing a special security plan to commemorate the visit of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) to mark the anniversary of the death of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
 
"The security plan will be jointly implemented by the various security services in the province, the Iraqi army, the Popular Mobilization, Imam Ali's division and all other security services supporting the security plan," al-Yasiri said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
 
 
"The security plan will include dividing the province into several parts to preserve the security and safety of the province, citizens and visitors, and will provide security for the entrances to the province, the Old City, the Badia Najaf area, the entrances to the province and the roads leading to the Old City," he said.
 
"The Najaf Municipal Directorate, the Directorate of Municipalities, Electricity and Health, the Water and Sewage Directorates and other supporting directorates, as well as the Holy shrine of Imam Ali , the Kufa Mosque, religious shrines and Husseini processions, will participate in providing services to visitors coming to the province," he said.
