Joint Ops in Erbil: No further casualties during the Airport attack

Joint Operations in Erbil confirmed on Sunday, that there were no further casualties to be resulted from the attack on the airport.

"There are no material damages or human losses or any further casualties to be as a result of the attack that targeted Erbil International Airport,” said Joint Ops a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA). 

 Earlier, the Kurdistan Counter-Terrorism Unit announced the targeting of Erbil International Airport with booby-trapped drones.

For his part, Erbil Governor Omid Khoshnaw said in a brief statement,” We are closely following the attack on the airport,”
