Salih: The genocide of the Yazidis is a heinous and unforgivable crime

The President of the Republic, Dr. Barham Salih, emphasized that the genocide against the Yazidis is a heinous and unforgivable crime.
Salih tweeted via his official Twitter account: The Yazidi genocide has wounded the whole country, it is a heinous and unforgivable crime, and seeking the retribution for its perpetrators is a right that will not to be waived.
 
He added, our duty is to give justice to the victims and compensate them, and we have urgent entitlements to return the displaced families, reconstruct Sinjar and keep it away from political strife, and reveal the fate of about 2,700 Yazidis who have been kidnapped till now, a task that will never be tolerated.
