    Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi emphasized that the white paper is a strategy for a modern, prosperous Iraq.
     
    Al-Kadhimi tweeted via his official Twitter account: Today we launched the implementation phase of the White Paper. We promised to overcome our challenges by adopting structural reforms.
    The White Paper is our gateway towards a prosperous Iraq that stands against corruption and harnesses the immense potential of the Iraqi people.
