to determine the best projects to implement in the agreement
Salih said that the cooperation framework agreement with China which the Iraqi government signed in stages between 2018 and 2019 including the accounting and oil annexes begins with joint funding between Iraq and China to implement infrastructure projects in Iraq.
He added that the project is based on Iraqi financing amounting to (100) thousand barrels per day from Iraq's exports to China and these exports are sold at the best prices through a certain mechanism, noting that the proceeds are kept for the purposes of implementing projects in Iraq that are handled by sober Chinese companies
