Electoral Commission announces approval the lists of candidates for elections

The Independent High Electoral Commission announced its approval of the candidates lists for the upcoming legislative elections

The Commission stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Board of Commissioners approved the lists of candidates for the elections of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, which numbered 3,243 candidates," noting that the names of the candidates will be published in the official newspapers and the official website of the Commission.

He added, the lottery for the candidate numbers will be hold at ten o'clock tomorrow morning in all the electoral offices of the governorates, including the Karkh and Rusafa electoral offices, in addition to the national office.
