Araji and the Kutrashev discuss the field of combating terrorism

National Security Adviser Qassem Al-Araji and the new Russian ambassador to Baghdad, Elbrus Kutrashev, discussed today, Sunday, bilateral relations and cooperation in the field of combating terrorism .

The media office of the National Security Adviser said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the National Security Adviser, Qassem Al-Araji, received in his office today, the new Russian ambassador in Baghdad, Elbrus Kutrashev."

He added that "during the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between Baghdad and Moscow and ways to develop them to serve the interests of the two friendly countries and peoples," noting that "the strengthening of relations between Iraq and Russia, and cooperation in the field of information exchange and combating terrorism" were discussed.
