Zayer swears in as the new President of Maysan Court of Appeal

The President of Maysan Court of Appeal, Haidar Hanoun Zayer, sworn in the legal oath.

The Supreme Judicial Council stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that Haydar Hanoun Zayer sworn in by the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zaidan, on the occasion of the issuance of the republican decree that appointed him to the position of President of the Federal Appeal Court of Maysan.

SJC statement also added that the swearing-in attended by the President of the Federal Supreme Court, Jassim Muhammad Abboud, the Chief Public Prosecutor, Salem Muhammad Nuri, and the head of the Judicial Supervision Authority, Musallam Mutaib Mudabb.
