The Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Jenin Hennis Plasschaert, arrived today, Thursday, in the holy governorate of Karbala .

The reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Jenin, Hennis Plasschaert, arrived in the holy province of Karbala."

He added that "Plasschaert met Governor Nassif Al-Khattabi, in addition to the mother of the martyr Ihab Al-Wazzny."
