Salih: victory will not be completed without consolidating the capable country and the rule of the law

the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, affirmed on Sunday, that victory will not be complete without the consolidation of the capable state and the rule of law.
Salih said in a tweet: We recall with pride the sufficient jihad fatwa, which was declared by the supreme reference, Sayyid Ali Al-Sistani ((may the Almighty prolong his life)), and we salute those who responded the call at the moment of the most difficult challenge.

President Salih added, the liberation of the homeland from the defilement of terrorism has been achieved with the solidarity of Iraqis from the army, the Popular Mobilization Forces and the Peshmerga, stressing that victory will not be complete without the consolidation of the capable state, the rule of law and good governance.
