Director of the Lebanese Public Security, Major General Abbas Ibrahim, revealed the secrets of the Iraqi oil aid to Lebanon and the approval of the Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, to increase it, while stressing that Lebanon will not enter darkness. 

Major General Ibrahim said, in an exclusive interview with Al-Iraqiya News channel, which was followed by (INA), that he made several visits to Iraq, specifically to Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, noting that Al-Kazemi asked him what Lebanon needs to overcome the current crisis, and the answer was Lebanon's need. to the black Iraqi oil.

Prime Minister offered immediate assistance and response and contacted the Iraqi Oil Minister requesting his attendance, as a tripartite meeting was held during which it was approved to provide Lebanon with the required amount of oil, and this was followed by other technical visits with the Lebanese Minister of Oil Raymond Ghajar and his advisors, followed by the Iraqi Cabinet decision that stipulates determining the amount of 500 thousand tons of black oil allocated to Lebanon.
