Al-Kadhimi: We succeeded in removing the specter of war from Iraq

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi announced, today, Tuesday, that the government succeeded in removing the specter of war, while indicating that it had put in place the first economic reform plan in the history of Iraq.

And he continued, "The government performance report lists in all transparency and impartiality what the government accomplished from May 2020 to May 2021, as well as everything that is in the process of being accomplished," explaining that "our people suffered a lot and were let down by the corrupt, slogan dealers, and those without conscience, and today we put with all transparency what We have accomplished it and what we have not yet accomplished, and what we are on the way to accomplish, in the service of Iraq and the Iraqis who deserve the best.”

He stressed that "the long years and decades of sabotage and destruction have burdened Iraq, and accumulated problems and pains on its people," pointing out that "we have established a path of reform and change and we have started to progress in it, and together we will turn the past years and go to a bright and promising future that meets the hopes of the youth."

Al-Kadhimi indicated that "the government succeeded in removing the specter of war from Iraq, and proceeded with balanced internal policies, effective and balanced relations with all neighbors and various regional and international powers," stressing that "we have developed the first plan for economic reform in the history of Iraq, and we have prepared all the requirements for the elections, as we have achieved successes."
