Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein announced, Sunday, that Iraqi community in Denmark reaches more than 33,000 Iraqis, most of them have become Danish citizens.
Hussein affirmed in a press conference with his Danish counterpart Jeppe Kofod, the importance of mutual work and the need to encourage the community there to be a bridge between the Iraqi and Danish communities.
"We also talked about bilateral issues between the two countries, especially trade relations, and how to support and invite Danish companies to work in Iraq," Hussein added.
He expressed his thanks to the State of Denmark for its participation in the international coalition and the war against ISIS, pointing out that many future meetings will be held.
On his side, Danish Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod said that he discussed enhancing cooperation between the two countries, confirming his country's commitment with NATO to support Iraq in its war against ISIS.
