Salah and Mahrez are out of the candidates for the best in England league

Manchester City dominated the list of nominees for the Player of the Season award, in the English Premier League, in the opinion of professional players, which was issued today, Wednesday, while Liverpool player, Mohamed Salah, and City winger, Riyad Mahrez, were absent. 

The list included 4 candidates from Manchester City: Ilkay Gundogan, Kevin De Bruyne, Robin Diaz and Phil Foden, and the list was completed by Tottenham's top scorer, Harry Kane, and Manchester United star, Bruno Fernandes. 

De Bruyne won the award last season, after providing 20 assists in the league.

As for Gundogan, he played an important role in City winning the Premier League title, especially with his high level of scoring, while Foden emerged as a young star who deserved his place in the starting lineup. 

For his part, Kane was the top scorer in the competition, with 23 goals, and is the best goal maker in the league, while Fernandes made outstanding levels with Manchester United, who finished runners-up to his neighbor City.
