A statement of Interior Ministry received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that the minister of interior Othman Al-Ghanimi met today, the Ambassador of the Republic of Georgia in Iraq, Zaza Kandelaki, and discussed with him a number of issues of common interest, foremost of which is cooperation in the security field.
Al-Ghanimi stressed the need for Iraq to intensify relations between neighboring countries and others
For his part, the Ambassador expressed his interest in developing relations, expressing his country's readiness to strengthen frameworks in various fields, especially in the security field.
