Al-Kaabi appreciates Egypt's initiative to open the land border with Gaza City

First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Hassan Al-Kaabi praised Egypt's position in its support for the Palestinian cause, while appreciating its initiative to open the land borders with Gaza City.

Al-Kaabi’s office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hassan Karim Al-Kaabi, received in his office today the Egyptian Deputy Ambassador in Baghdad Hazem Al-Shorbaji  ."

Al-Kaabi praised "the position of the government and people of Egypt with the Palestinian people and the aggression they are facing by the Zionist entity, which abandoned and killed dozens of Jerusalemites and the indiscriminate bombing of Gaza City."

Al-Kaabi praised Egypt's initiative to open the land borders with Gaza City to receive and treat the wounded Palestinians, and its prominent role in resolving the crisis, calling on all Arab countries to support the first Arab cause of Palestine until the end of this occupation from our Palestinian Arab land  .
